'Am I still going to have a job?': transgender woman worried about career

As part of pride week celebrations in Halifax, there’s a push to better support transgender rights. The Nova Scotia Rainbow Action Project held a panel on “transitioning on the job.” It was an attempt to share some best practices for employers. But the risk of losing their job is a real fear for many transgender people.
