Thailand’s former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra appears to be on a publicity drive ahead of a referendum on a new constitution. Yingluck risks upsetting the military that forced her government from office in a coup two years ago, as Al Jazeera’s Wayne Hay reports.
