UK's Russian investors undeterred by EU sanctions

The European Union has extended its sanctions against Russia over its military actions in Crimea and Ukraine.They will continue until January next year, but that has not stopped an inflow of Russian investment in European countries. So how effective are the sanctions?Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from London.
