Belgium: Security alert in Brussels after man spotted with long coat and...
A large police operation was underway near the Place de la Monnaie in the centre of Brussels, Wednesday, after police surrounded a man who was reportedly behaving suspiciously. According to Belgian media, the man was wearing a long coat in with wires protruding.
