RUSSIAN DOPPING - Athletes hope to escape Olympics ban
Russian athletes may be able to escape a ban from the Rio Olympics in August. Their careers were in limbo after the world governing body for athletics imposed a ban over allegations of state-sponsored doping. The International Olympics Committee supported this suspension, but has made some concessions.
