HONG KONG and CHINA - Fast becoming Europe's drug wholesaler: UN

China and Hong Kong are being accused of playing a growing role in the global supply of synthetic drugs. A damning UN report says China is producing new designer drugs at a faster rate than can be controlled. Then, criminal syndicates in Hong Kong are smuggling them from the mainland to lucrative new markets.
