BRAZIL - Rights group condemns Brazilian police violations
When Rio de Janeiro was awarded the 2016 Olympic Games, it promised to improve security for all. However, UK-based rights group Amnesty International says the police policy of “shoot first, ask questions later” has made it one of the deadliest cities on earth.
