A decade ago, the Spaland Winkelcentrum was a very
different place, allocated to the north of Schiedam, close to Kethelwaart. It
was one of the many shopping malls in the city, small, but with many shops.
Then the city council decided to renovate it, together with the reclamation and
habitability of an area not far from the Catholic church Kethel; it was born in
the area and built the modern Sveva Park, a vast area with homes on the
Swedish-Norwegian style, which drew many citizens.
Apart from all considerations of this zone in the north
of Schiedam, the area of Spaland has been expanded and modernized well, and
services available to allow a facilitated influx of customers that did not
exist before.
Among the shops of Spaland, one has always given its best
in satisfying its customers in
Initially referred to as the "da", then
modernized in joining Joint Venture with "mooi", another franchising
company in perfumery, has changed ownership and name into "da + moo",
run by a group of women truly amazing and guided by "Saskia" which
has long carried on business since the beginning as a seller in the store, then
as the manager and now as the owner.
Shop spacious and bright, "da + mooi" allows
the choice of many large-scale products of cosmetics and perfumery, not to
mention a large area dedicated to the pharmacy counter and personal hygiene and
home.
Adequately prepared, the girls "da + mooi"
assist the customer in a very professional manner, ensuring the linear path of
purchase and without coercion or false suggestions about a particular product
that the customer should dispute valid or not.
Three points, properly prepared, allow the female
clientele proof of a certain make-up so that the customer can feel at ease in
the service request and purchase.
Under the direction of Saskia, the staff will not allow
the tail to form often the case, although during the days pre weekend the shop
is full of buyers.
Among the rooms dedicated to perfumery, this "da + mooi"
is, for our consideration, among the best in the city and really deserves the
"ladybug" as the best shop.
